Jutro w szkole · Polski

Privacy policy

Effective 29 October 2026. Applies to the website jutrowszkole.edu.pl, the iPhone app “Jutro w szkole” and the Android app “Jutro: blokada”.

Who we are

BFD sp. z o.o., ul. Kolejowa 8/10, 01-210 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000598580, NIP 5272757760. Contact: michal@bf-design.pl.

When a school uses Jutro w szkole, the school is the data controller and we process data on its behalf under a data processing agreement. When a parent uses the app for their own child outside a school programme, BFD sp. z o.o. is the data controller.

What we process

We do not process grades, we do not show ads, we do not use third-party analytics or tracking, and we do not sell or share data with anyone for marketing.

The phone apps and Screen Time

The iPhone app uses Apple's Screen Time framework (Family Controls). The parent chooses which apps to restrict and sets a parent code. The list of chosen apps is stored by iOS as anonymous tokens on the phone; the app cannot read app names, browsing history, messages or screen content, and none of this leaves the device. The only thing the app sends to our server is the student's access key, to ask whether today's lessons are reviewed. The parent code is stored only on the phone.

The Android app uses an accessibility service only to notice which app is being opened (for example Instagram or TikTok). It does not read the screen or messages and sends nothing except the same access-key status request.

Learning content

Lesson summaries and questions are generated from the open e-textbooks of the Polish Ministry of Education (zpe.gov.pl, CC BY licence) using a language model. Students' personal data are not sent to the model.

Where and how long

Data are stored on a server in Warsaw, Poland (OVH). We keep them for as long as the student uses the service and delete them at the end of the school programme or at the request of the school or parent, normally within 30 days. Technical logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of data, restriction of processing, or object to processing. Write to michal@bf-design.pl; if a school is the controller, we pass the request to the school. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl).

Children

The service is meant for secondary school students. Accounts are created by the school or by a parent, not by the child. Screen Time restrictions are set up only by a parent.
